We suggest you only bring max. 2-3 guests at your bridal appointments and leave young children at home. Anyone who is sick Should Not attend the appointments (including allergy, sorry). We do allow FaceTime or Skype, so you can share the say yes to the dress moments with your other families and friends.

For all dress try-on appointments: to ensure that you are indeed a genuine individual filling out our appointment request forms and to honor the value of our one-hour consultation slot, we kindly ask that only serious brides proceed with our request forms. A small reservation fee for one-hour bridal/bridesmaid appointments is required, and providing your credit card information validates your authenticity. Please note, the reservation fee is non-refundable; however, should you decide to purchase a dress, it will be deducted from the total payment.

All appointments must be reserved online first. If you are booking an appointment with less than 24 hours in advance, we will contact you to let you know the availability.

At our busy season, we suggest you reserve an appointment 1 or 2 weeks in advance.
