If you purchase a dress from us, the reservation fee will be applied toward the dress. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. In that case, your reservation fee can be applied to the rescheduled appointment. A $50 fee will be charged for any no-shows.

We suggest you only bring max. 2-3 guests at your bridal appointments and leave young children at home. Anyone who is sick Should Not attend the appointments. We do allow Facetime or Skype, so you can share the say yes to the dress moments with your other families and friends.
